Context around the position:

Pernod Ricard launched a group Sales & Digital Transformation to take a big step for the future, in order to lead value growth, put customers and consumers at the heart of everything it does and deliver memorable consumer experiences. Over the next 3 to 5 years, as part of the Group Sales Transformation roadmap, Pernod Ricard will profoundly transform its go to market model and the way to engage with customers through digital and data. Tech solutions will be a key enabler to reach this vision. Adapting Pernod Ricard Operating Model, through the set-up of a Sales Center of Excellence (CoE), is key to deliver on this ambition. The Sales CoE will offer greater technologies and science to Pernod Ricard's affiliates to address the sales challenges of the future.

We have already started this agenda with the strong sponsorship from the Top Management, and the definition of the CoE roadmap, declined around 4 products: 1/ SalesForce automation (SFA), 2/ Sales Business Planning (Trade Promotion Management), 3/ Multi-customers engagement solutions (customer portals) and 4/ Automation (Image Recognition, Venue Audit, DAM).

In this context, Pernod Ricard is recruiting a Deployment Manager for the Sales CoE, to lead the adoption of the sales technologies in selected market companies.

Position purpose:

* Deploy the sales CoE products in several markets in coordination with the Key Digital Programs team, especially the Deployment Leads and KDP PMO.

* Be the key link between Market teams and Sales CoE teams to ensure the adoption of the solution in the markets.

* Ensure critical local sales processes and specificities are taken into account to customize the solutions, with the final objective of a complete adoption and buy-in of the market teams

* Coach junior deployment leads and help them make key decisions particularly in complex markets

The main responsibilities are:

Prepare and monitor the deployment of the Sales CoE products within the Markets

In collaboration with the Sales CoE Manager, Product Owners, Key Digital Teams and Market teams (Market MD and his management committee):

* Accompany the change readiness & impact assessments in the markets for every product to be deployed

* Supervise the definition and implementation of appropriate change management plans

* Monitor the deployment progress ensuring that schedule, process, resources, performances and budget are respected

Accompany the deployment of the Sales CoE products in liaison with, or present in the Markets

* Support the appropriate governance and monitoring process set-up at Market level and ensure a smooth implementation of Sales CoE products

* Assist to all relevant meetings and workshops in the Market to onboard teams (IT, commercial, marketing, finance, etc.)

* Provide input and feedback to the Sales CoE teams to start and run the product or fine-tune it

* Coordinate the customization of the tools for around 30% to cover regional/local sales processes specificities, but in the same time ensure that 70% of the core model is deployed in line with global guidelines and objectives

* Support Market teams to design and perform tests of the Sales CoE products in the Markets

* Identify & deliver relevant trainings in coordination with the KDP Change Management office, Upskilling Manager and Market HR teams.

* Assure expected business benefits are reached and gather insights to enhance the products for future release

* Generate and capitalize on a learning curve to benefit other markets in a 'roll-out' mode.

Coach junior deployment leads

* Share best practices in terms of sales business practices, markets and cultural specificities

* Coordinate the deployment leads activities and interactions with the KDP teams

* Influence key decisions particularly in complex regions/markets

The profile required is:

* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from Engineering or Business School / University with 7+ years professional experience in consulting company or multinational company in a complex matrixial organization context

* Fluent in English and French. Spanish is a nice to have.

* Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is desirable

* Ability to drive change, to onboard business teams

* Excellent people/leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

* Empathy to understand untold barriers of adoption and ways to solve them through different techniques

* Ability and maturity/seniority to challenge country business teams regarding existing processes

* Pragmatic and capable to solve complex issues when translating business operations into data scientist constraints

* Hands on

* Technical Skills & Tools:

* Experience in rolling out digital and/or AI solutions (and/or IT service but with a strong digital background) in several countries,

* Expert in business stakes understanding

* Understanding of technology & modern architecture (data model, AI, integrations, development )

* Good knowledge of financial methods and tools

* Understands principles of advanced modeling techniques
