This position is responsible for leading a team of process
engineers. The manager will supervise all aspects of process
engineering activities, including process control, yield
management, process development, and technical problem-solving by
providing resources and technical guidance. He/she will align the
activities of individual engineers with the goal of the
organization, including the quality and environmental objectives,
by identifying key actions and setting priorities. The manager will
help the professional development of team members and maintain
cooperative teamwork. This person will serve as the technical
representative for the engineering group in internal/external
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising/facilitating engineers for process control, yield,
process development, and meeting targets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 Year College Degree (Bachelor or Equivalent)
Expected Minimum Years of Related
Bachelors' degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences or a
closely related science or engineering major and at least 7 years
of experience in the semiconductor industry or a Master degree and
5 years of industry experience or a PhD degree with 3 years of
