Position Purpose and Objectives: Work with staff at all levels to develop innovative solutions for our members and employees. Responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions that support the company's goals as well as partner with Marketing and Digital development teams to implement digital marketing campaigns and strategies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Major Duties and Essential Functions:Provide day-to-day administration of and maintain complex Lightning reports and dashboards.Independently research and troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.Provide end user support and be the subject matter expert on the SalesForce platform.Facilitate testing and roll out of upgrades and enhancements, including Salesforce releases.Proactively identify process inefficiencies and streamline or automate them.Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our data.Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and communicate effectively with the team/business.Work independently or with a team throughout all project stages from gathering requirements, solution design, development, deployment and writing technical and functional specification documents.Develop and maintain AppExchange Packages and integrations to other third-party solutions.Participate with cross-functional teams to address strategic business issues involving other systems.Effectively communicate task and project status and escalate to management as necessary.Create and maintain custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, custom formula fields, workflows, process builders, and flows.Conduct demos and basic salesforce user training.Positions directly supervised: N/ASpecific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:Expert using Lightning report builder and dashboards.4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with at least 1-2 years of Salesforce Lightning Experience.Must have supported Salesforce internally for an end-user or partner for at least 300 users.Knowledge of core administrative functionality within Salesforce.comProficient in Microsoft Excel and solid experience with Salesforce Data Loader.Experience with Automation leveraging Workflows, Process Builders and Flows.Implementations with Service, Sales, and Custom Applications and associated technologies.Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation.Excellent communication and personal skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense.Knowledge in SDLC / software development methodologies.Experience with Communities, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Docusign, Conga is nice to have.Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or Communication (or related field) or equivalent work experience.Experience: 3 - 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience2+ years of Salesforce Lightning ExperienceSF Certified Admin/201 RequiredPhysical Activities and Requirements of this PositionCATEGORYDESCRIPTIONFinger DexterityUsing primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.GraspingUsing fingers and palm on an object.TalkingEspecially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.Repetitive MotionsMovements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.Average HearingAble to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.Average Visual AbilitiesAverage, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.Sedentary WorkWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently talk or hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands or arms.
