Job Description:

We are searching for Customer Service candidates for the Allen/Plano area. - -This is a summer position that could move into a long term position for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Computer literate.
  
• Competent with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  
• Two to three years of experience in customer service role.
  
• Must be capable of making sound decisions and achieving customer satisfaction.
  
• Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints.
  
• Ability to handle high call volume with professional courtesy.
  
• Document customer contacts.
  
• Provide general administrative support -
