Position Summary:Under the supervision and guidance of a
occupational therapist, carries out each assigned patient's
established plan of care utilizing therapeutic modalities and
techniques. Completes documentation related to care provided,
communicating to supervising therapist and team members on a timely
Per licensure requirement.
Licensed by the State of Texas required and must obtain CPR within
30 days of employment. Must be able to commute between facilities
in a timely manner.
Must have a general knowledge of therapy skills and competencies.
