Our partner is a privately held leader in the provision of top-of-the-line construction and mining equipment.With a busy Distribution Center located in Allen, Texas that is the heart of the supply of parts for their North American business; we are seeking an experienced *IMS Specialist & Internal Auditor* who will assume control, management, and reporting on local IMS requirements. _*Acting as the primary contact for the daily interactions and maintenance of the IMS Systems for the Mining and Rock Excavation Business located in Garland and Allen, Texas, this role will own all IMS related tasks and activities for the regional Supply Chain Business area, including participating as an internal auditor; and maintaining, and improving the effectiveness of the document management system at the local level. *_Broad duties will include sustainability reporting and analysis, assessment of the effectiveness of process controls and efficiencies, accuracy of records, and compliance with corporate policies. In essence this role will control open IMS findings, ensure that there are good processes in place, and be the owner of the regional SharePoint site.
