PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS$18-20/hr.; 30 hrs./wk

signs, and multiple versions of ads?Are you looking for a place to
expand your entry level marketing skills?Phillips Home Improvements
is seeking a part-time proactive, prolific Content Designer and
Video Creator to plan, create, edit, post and catalog audio, video,
photo, and other social media content for major platforms and
forums, such as Youtube, Tik Tok and podcasts, as well as website,
internal and external print Marketing, in collaboration with other
key team members.The Ideal Candidate:
Possesses intermediate audio and
video editing, filming and photography skills Possesses a hunger to
research and attain additional marketing skills Is adept at graphic
design and social media posting coordinationPossesses intermediate
Photoshop, Canva and In Design skillsDemonstrates initiative and
works with a sense of urgency to get the job done!Performs other
marketing-related duties as neededRemote pilot's license for drone
flying a plusValues:

Produce prolific multimedia social
content, including video, photo and simple captionsMaintain the

Create and develop multimedia
(audio/video) content for marketing and internal projectsWork
independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project
deliverables & facilitate the creation of multimedia contentMeet
deadlines, yet with flexibility, based on the CEO s
availabilityAccompany the CEO and President on media and marketing
eventsQualifications:
Clean driving record and background
and TX licenseVideo and photography creation (get that perfect
shot) and editing skillsAbility to tell clear and compelling
digital storiesStrong organizational skills and ability to attend
to big picture planning and detailsHunger and InitiativeExcellent
verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas &
information clearlyDeep understanding of how individuals use social
media, how they communicate and how to reach those
individualsExperience creating successful content plans and
campaigns across social media platformsMust be able to climb a
ladder comfortably to get roof and gutter photo and video
