Assurasource - Behavioral Health Services is looking for a Client Service Supervisor to join our team to help us reach our financial goals, develop rapport with different insurances companies and also learn our processes - - -

Our Client Services Supervisors are responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with patients and thier families, field staff, and referral sources.
They are responsible for managing and generating revenue, while being open to learning best business practices.
You would be managing counselors schedules, matching qualified social workers with local patients that align with their skillset, background, interests, availability etc
Coordinates staffing needs, according - to patients needs
Primary point of contact for social workers and patients
Coordinate orientation and training for new hires
Qualifications-
Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions
Team player, organization skillset and ability to multitask
Knowledge on proper phone etiquette, how to learn patient tracking systems and Microsoft office.
