• Truck AllowanceJob DetailsResponsibilities:Oversee operation of the construction site
  • Supervise all activities and tasks including scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
  • Ensure safety & compliance of the site --- Maintain daily logs
  • Communicate with Project Manager and Subs
  • Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution
  • Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work
  • Confirm subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team
  • Walk project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning
  • Respond promptly to customer needs
  • Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
  • Build relationships with potential backup subcontractors and suppliers
  • Confirm all materials are available or on-site
  • Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals Qualifications:
    • Displays a professional attitude towards others
    • Adapts to changes in work environment
    • Dependable
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Proficient in blueprint reading
    • Physically able to do most construction tasks
    • Able to do different types of trades as needed
    • Completes work in a timely manner
    • Communicate using phone, text, email, daily logs, pictures
    • Valid driver's license
