guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest

operates off a Property Management System and the front desk agents
work in that system all day long, someone with the ability to pick
up computer skills easily is necessaryThe front desk role is at the
center of attention to all hotel guests and requires someone to be
able to stand for the duration of the shiftHotels operate 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Our teams must be flexible with respect to
working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and
