We help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. * Compliance: Our InsiderLog solution offers a solution to automate the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors. Our tool aims to save time and ensure compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). * Investor Relations : Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement. The ECS team is composed of over 150 enthusiastic professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets. They help organisations, both listed and non-listed, private and public, make the most effective use of capital markets and run more efficiently. The goal is to continuously evolve a growing portfolio of successful SAAS, cloud-based applications. Positioned at the very heart of the organization, the team will actively involve itself in the delivery process of all Corporate Services applications. As the team works to bring existing services to the next level, it is continuously working on new applications, and finding ways of integrating the service propositions. Key accountabilities * Acts as an internal consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes. * Takes ownership of Euronext Corporate Services global application landscape, building and maintaining benchmarks, metrics, standards definitions, and reference models to ensure the landscape adheres to the transformational needs of the organization. * Work closely with the Product and Innovation team to identify product priorities, translate business strategy into an architectural blueprint to achieve the business objectives. * Define and develop the best architecture models and roadmaps of application and software components to meet business and technical requirements, driving common usability across products and domains. * Take a hands-on approach to complete proofs-of-concept, work with software engineers to design and engineer complex software, scripts, and tools to enable the delivery of solutions. * Analyses the existing application portfolio to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and maintain a roadmap for transformation demands. * Develop and maintain documentation and architecture diagrams to support the design and implementation of solutions. * Work with at least one of the major cloud providers and leverage various services commonly employed for application development & production deployment. Qualifications / Skills / Experience * BSc (Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferred. * Demonstrable relevant industry experience working in development and integration of large-scale solutions involving multiple technologies, functions and interfaces across in-house and vendor-supplied systems. * Deep practical knowledge of software engineering, applications and IT Infrastructure. * Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models * Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps. * Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, resilient and secure application. * Experience designing Software as a Service applications, leveraging one of the major cloud providers (AWS or Azure) and micro-services architecture. * Understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Knowledge of programming and data analysis and good understanding of business processes. * Web, mobile and e-commerce applications experience is a plus. * Exposure and working level knowledge of working with and interfacing to global delivery teams. * Excellent English communication and executive level presentation skills. * Any cloud providers solution architecture certificate is a plus.
