Responsibilities
Texoma Medical Center, a 378-bed acute care facility has been
providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and

observing and reporting patients identified as at risk for falling
or harming themselves or others.
Qualifications
Reading and numerical competency. Must possess competency in use of
technology and computers. Previous care giving experience
preferred. Must have the ability to demonstrate basic care giving
skills and essential job functions. AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life
Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive
and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS
(CPR & AED) program. Must successfully complete "Handle with Care"
as part of orientation. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge
and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age
of the patients served on the assigned unit/department and reports
