Position Location: TMC Home Health - Durant, OK

Position Summary:

Under the supervision and guidance of a occupational therapist, carries out each assigned patient's established plan of care utilizing therapeutic modalities and techniques. Completes documentation related to care provided, communicating to supervising therapist and team members on a timely basis.

Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
* One year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
* Current Okahoma State License to practice Occupational Therapy
* AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program
* Current valid drivers license and auto liability required
* Therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Pratice Act and other regulatory agencies
* Good interpersonal skills
