• Design and implement data movement architecture, considering methods such as API, Data bus, etc.
• Involved in defining data contracts, identifying data elements, and securing agreements.
• Recommend scalable, secure data movement architectures that include data completeness checks; provide data mapping and validate data against source of record (SOR); review data fields for end-to-end consistency.
• Evaluate new and existing technologies using established data architecture standards and frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance to support business and technical teams, including contractors and vendors.
• Represent the data architecture team in technical governance meetings and contribute feedback on data architecture practices.
• Work with both on-premises and cloud environments, requiring some AWS experience.
• Perform pros/cons analysis to identify suitable architectural solutions for data movement that are scalable, secure, and capable of data completeness verification.
