Manage and facilitate the supply planning process and plans for supply chain functions and finance, including supply-capacity modeling, maintenance of capacity allocations and capacity availability picture.Essential Activities:Convert Elevator numbers to Components in the forecasting process. Review Elevator to component parameters to ensure component breakdown is in the best shape possible. Maintain master data to be able to convert order book to the correct Planning Category and Supplier selection. Follow-up on planning accuracy Key Performance Indicators and drive improvement actions.Drives, manages and facilitates the Continental-Global supply planning process, focusing on optimizing the plans for the coming 3-18 months. Facilitates monthly/biweekly meeting with Supply Operations, participated monthly management meeting (RUSH) and Area S&OP meeting.Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with factories. Collaborate with sourcing, MM teams, supply line, offering teams, KTI on new products and supply & suppliers changes. Conduct orderbook confirmation rate evaluation, impact to components product mix.Creates and analyses supply scenarios, risks and opportunities. Identifies capacity constraints, facilitates mitigation and corrective actions.Responsible for selected component category (e.g. electrification) and drive planning product and process harmonization globally. Follow-up and clarify business requirements with Sourcing, KTI and Supply Chain and ensure Supply planning process and tools support this accordingly.Maintains of allocations of site capacity (quota) against FL demand.Drive for continuous improvements, change management and follow up of actions systematically.Key user role for Global Planning tools and reports.Experience:5 years of experience with supply chain and supply chain practice for manufacturing.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Business or related.Skills, Knowledge and Specific Behaviors:5 years experience in supply chain planning, facilitating and drive decisions for supply and capacity plan and allocations.5 years of experience with analytical capabilities and knowledge on forecasting process in configure and engineer to order industry.
