Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing process compliance audits throughout the fab to verify process integrity to documented procedures
  • Verify implementation of process flows is in accordance with specification to include data collections, SPC, and special instructions
  • Write audit reports, document and help track corrective actions
  • Perform and Report on Out of Box/Dock Audits
  • Provide a direct interface for implementation and verification of quality systems improvements in the fab
  • Provide secondary support for the document control process
  • Provide support for internal and external quality systems audits (i.e. ISO-9001, customer audits, etc.)
    Education & ExperienceChoose one of the following options in each category3A. Required Minimum Education: 2 Year College Degree (Associate or Equivalent3B. Expected Minimum Years of Related Experience:2+ years Skills
    • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written in English) with various levels of the organization
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with other departments/employees
    • Excellent ability to collaborate on projects and Audits with various levels of the organization
    • Willingness to take initiative and to continuously learn
    • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 (or other standards)
    • Proficiency with computer systems/software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Oracle Agile, etc.)
      Working Conditions
      • Work in a class 100/1000 clean room (75% of time)
      • Work in an Office Environment (25% of time)
      • Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.)
        Physical Requirements
        • Stand for 2-3 hours at a time
        • Work around chemicals (such as solids and acids)
