A Pricing Analyst is responsible for determining the appropriate
pricing based on a variety of factors. Their duties include
conducting market research to learn more about competitor pricing
for similar business line, reviewing previous sales data and
company revenue needs and deciding a market price for a range of
business based on their findings.Primary Tasks:Provides analysis of
revenue, market share, capacity, and competitor activity to develop
optimal pricing for geographies and market segments aligned with
sales strategy. Conducts market research, assesses data, and
develops insights into market trends and pricing strategies.
Maintains a database of historical pricing data to monitor and
evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and guide pricing
decisions.Coordinates tools, reports, and communications for
accurate pricing information responsive to market changes.Analyze
data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models, and
collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales
strategies.Perform competitor analysis on similar services and
products scope out opportunities based on market trends and
industry conditions. Serve as the Pricing SME and provide guidance
and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation during the
proposal process. Develop Pricing Narratives based on government
solicitations, participate in strategy sessions and color team
reviews.Collaborating with the proposal team to ensure that
proposal pricing/costing and customer deliverables comply with all
federal government regulations, RFP requirements, and internal
policies and procedures.Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
MINIMUM:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Math, or related
field.6-8+ years of GovCon pricing and/or finance experience is
desired.Working knowledge of all contract types. Functional
knowledge of FAR, DFARs and CAS.Strong communication, interpersonal
and organizational skills.Be able to work within a fast-paced
environment with tight deadlines.Advanced/Expert with Microsoft
Excel. Experience working with Tribally owned businesses.
TARGETMaster's degree in business administration, Finance, or
similar relevant field.Experience with tribally owned
