Job Description:
Job Summary: - Provides support for the Stroke Program to
promote excellence in patient care. - This position will also
assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the
Stroke program goals and operations. - Collaborates with the Stroke
Coordinator on the CQI process to improve care of the stroke
patient population. - A registered professional nurse, who plans,
develops, implements, teaches, and evaluates training programs for
a variety of clinical staff. - Focus on the clinical and education
needs of staff to improve care and advance stroke patient care
practices.
-All other duties as assigned. -
