Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketplace Operations Analyst to
support the growth and operational aspects of their Marketplace and
partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the Marketplace team's shared inbox and Microsoft Dynamics
queue as the main point of contact
Collaborate with the Integrations Team to address requests from
Marketplace partners, including troubleshooting and API
enablement
Assist in the rollout of opt-out campaigns and work with partners
to gather commission statements and complete required audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
One or more years coordinating technical projects and
activities
Ability to perform efficiently in a remote work environment
Intermediate skills in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
