Job Description Job Description Overview The Digital Site
Operations Specialist supports the daily execution, performance,
and optimization of Cavender’s digital platforms. This role is
responsible for maintaining site accuracy, monitoring
functionality, supporting promotions and launches, and ensuring a
seamless online customer experience. Reporting to the eCommerce
Operations Manager, this role partners closely with Ecommerce,
Merchandising, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to support
digital initiatives and continuous improvement. This position is
ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives
in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties and Responsibilities ·
Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and
Values. Manage product data, pricing, content updates, and
inventory accuracy across eCommerce platforms. Monitor site
functionality, identify issues, and coordinate with IT and
third-party vendors to resolve bugs, performance issues, and
outages. Support promotional launches, campaign execution, and
digital merchandising updates. Test and validate new site features
and enhancements prior to deployment. Partner with merchandising
and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate product launches
and seasonal updates. Support omnichannel programs including BOPIS
and store fulfillment processes to ensure a seamless customer
journey. Work with product feeds and data integrations to maintain
accuracy across systems and external marketplaces. Track and report
on site performance metrics, fulfillment trends, and operational
KPIs. Assist in documenting workflows and improving digital
operational processes. Qualifications and Requirements · Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, or related field
preferred. · 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital
operations, or site merchandising. · Experience working with
eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, or
similar platforms. · Strong understanding of digital site
operations, product lifecycle management, and online merchandising
processes. · Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as
Google Analytics, Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. ·
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple
priorities in a deadline-driven environment. · Excellent
communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. ·
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and
recommend improvements. · Travel up to 10% as required. Preferred
Skills · Apparel, footwear, or retail industry experience. ·
Experience supporting omnichannel programs such as BOPIS or
ship-from-store. · Experience working with data feeds,
integrations, or site QA testing. · Comfort presenting insights and
