THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL REAL ESTATE CAREER!

You got your real estate license and interviewed with all the top brokerages. They all offered to train you on lead generation, sales skills, transactions, contracts. They probably showed you how you can earn 'residual income' by relentlessly recruiting other agents to join your office. They offered to match you with a 'mentor' who would show you the ropes (and take a cut of your commission).

So you signed up. And then you learned what it is REALLY like. They didn't tell you that "good training" costs extra. They didn't tell you that you will have to be an expert in internet marketing. Or that to generate online leads will either cost you hundreds of dollars per month, or several hours of social media posts per day. Responsibilities:
--- Consistent customer and client follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
--- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from customers and clients about potential homes

--- repeat and referral clients
--- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

Qualifications:
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Organized and manages time effectively
--- Great communication and social skills
--- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
--- Technology saavy
--- At least 6 months experience as an agent
--- Preferably at least 3 transactions closed.
