  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • No Design experience necessary
  • No Flooring experience/knowledge necessaryWith all that being said. The applicant must be a dedicated learner and be willing follow a proven system.
    
    A typical day:Sales staff meet with a home owner in there home, tell them about our company, show them flooring/tile samples, provide estimate(s), Close jobs, fill out paper work. Everyday is someone new with a new product/service request. The mobile showroom has 3000+ samples that we bring and show a customer right in there own home.
