  • Create proposals that solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards in a way that promotes win-win outcomes, long-term savings for customers, and elevated positions for the company.
  • Follow and Champion a Sales Methodology and Close
  • Follow Through With Customers
  • Treasure Every Lead
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Keep employees and -homeowners on the same page at all times by over-communicating clarity
  • MUST be comfortable and experienced walking on, measuring and inspecting the roof!Qualifications:
    • Clean driving record
    • Winning first impression
    • Ability to turn strangers into friends
    • Ability to listen to customer needs
    • Ability to climb a ladder to inspect workSkills
      • Good communication
      • Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
      • Ability to figure numbers in head
      • Ability, without fear, and with proper safety equipment, to climb and inspect roofs

            • Willing and able to climb, walk and measure roofs
            • Fluent in interfacing with insurance companies
