Responsibilities:

--- You don't have to fetch materials on the day of the jobs or order materials.
--- Pick up the checks from the homeowners.
--- Develop great relationships with homeowners/building owners.
--- Communicate effectively with customers and potential customers so that they know that we do what we say we're going to do.
--- No project management at all. Being there on the day the job is going on is a great way to get the neighbors.

Qualifications:
--- Previous experience is not necessary.
--- A strong work ethic is necessary!
--- You must be the person that actually works when nobody is looking.
--- You must be motivated and have a high drive to want to succeed.
--- Clear and effective communication is a must!
