Summary The Account Manager is responsible for managing
territory-based accounts, driving referral growth, supporting
patient documentation and authorization processes, and serving as a
liaison between referral sources, patients, and internal clinical
teams. This role collaborates closely with Area Managers and
Patient Care Coordinators to ensure timely service, territory
profitability, and exceptional patient satisfaction. Salary
Grade/Level/Family/Range Full-Time, Exempt, Annual Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000 (dependent on experience). You will also be given
a monthly $150.00 vehicle stipend, in addition to a gas card.
Reports To Texas Sales Director Date 2/13/2026 Essential Functions
Manages assigned territory and referral sources to support patient
growth and service line expansion Works collaboratively with
internal teams to manage pending patients through documentation and
authorization processes Tracks and works pending CMN documentation
and reports results to supervisors as requested Responsible for
achieving outlined monthly revenue and territory performance
targets Identifies and develops new business opportunities within
designated accounts and call points Serves as primary liaison and
representative of Sentido Health to referral sources, physicians,
case managers, and community partners Conducts face-to-face and
virtual meetings within territory to strengthen relationships and
ensure service excellence Develops and maintains weekly call routes
and schedules to ensure consistent account coverage Facilitates
patient education and supports resolution of service concerns in
collaboration with internal staff Maintains accurate and timely
documentation in Brightree and other internal systems Ensures
compliance with HIPAA and company policies in all communications
and handling of protected health information Manages
territory-level operational expenses within approved budget
guidelines Maintains on-call participation as required to ensure
appropriate territory coverage Completes emergency deliveries or
home visits as needed Required Skills Ability to recognize and
respond to the needs and concerns of patients, families, and
referral sources Strong oral and written communication skills
Professional telephone and email etiquette Ability to work
independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Strong
time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to
multitask while maintaining high levels of customer service and
responsiveness Demonstrates professionalism, integrity,

and family members on services and equipment as applicable
Competencies Accurate and timely documentation in Brightree and
internal systems Effective communication with internal teams and
referral sources Ability to meet established daily appointment and
territory conversion targets Knowledge of Sentido service lines and
ongoing participation in product and service training Proper
handling and storage of patient information in accordance with
HIPAA regulations Compliance with PPE and safety guidelines
Effective inventory management within assigned territory
Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment Field-based
position with home office component. Work occurs in professional
healthcare settings, physician offices, patient homes, and
community locations within assigned territory. Travel within
assigned territory is required. Physical Demands This role requires
frequent travel within the assigned territory. The position may
involve standing, walking, driving, reaching, and occasional
lifting or carrying of items up to 20 pounds. The employee must be
able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and use
standard business technology including laptops, mobile phones, and
office systems. The position may require extended periods of
driving and intermittent periods of sedentary computer-based work.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Rotating on-call schedule as determined by supervisor.
Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual
