We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role
requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building
and scaling sales teams, developing long-term client relationships,
and driving strategic initiatives in the healthcare and RCM
industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and
execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
and business growth objectives. Team Development: Build, mentor,
and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with
company goals. Client Relationship Management: Establish and
nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and
partners. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership
to define sales goals, market positioning, and go-to-market
strategies. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new
business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the healthcare
and RCM sectors. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance
metrics and implement data-driven improvements. Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations
teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a
related field (MBA preferred). 10 years of progressive sales
leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/RCM or SaaS. Proven
track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong
understanding of RCM services, healthcare operations, and industry
trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills. Experience in scaling sales teams and managing complex
sales cycles. Ability to think strategically while executing
